Use one controlled panel schedule
Give every panel a reference and record its width, height, thickness or build-up, quantity and location. State units explicitly. Keep the schedule consistent with the drawing revision so that a superseded dimension does not remain in the quotation.
Show details that affect processing
Mark edge finishes, holes, cut-outs, corner treatment and any shaped outline. For curved work, define radius and the dimensional datum. Decorative patterns need an orientation and a visual reference. Include the tolerances specified by the project team rather than assuming a general allowance.
Explain what the glass needs to do
Identify the application and required documentation. Where the project specifies safety, acoustic, thermal or appearance criteria, attach the relevant requirement. Do not rely only on a short product name when the intended construction is more complex.
Include commercial and delivery context
Share the delivery destination, quantity split and requested timing. Our online RFQ accepts up to five files with a combined size of 3 MB. For a larger drawing package, send the key schedule first and ask how to arrange the remaining documents. Keep sensitive project information out of documents that are not needed for the quotation.
General guidance, not a project design or a declaration of certified performance. Confirm the exact glass construction and documentation with the project team.
